Abstract Submission for the 2026 Meeting of IAM

Meta-Metcalfe: A conference with Dr. Janet Metcalfe to celebrate her contributions to the field of metacognition

We will have a special meeting of the International Association for Metacognition on Thursday, November 19, 2026, in San Diego, CA. Thank you to Bennett Schwartz for coming up with the idea and helping Hannah and Monika coordinate.

As usual, we will be meeting immediately prior to the beginning of the Meeting of the Psychonomic Society, from approximately 11:00 am - 4:30 pm PST (confirmation of location as the conference approaches).

Use the form below to propose a presentation for this year's meeting. All submissions for talks are welcome. First priority will be given to current and former students of Janet's, and then to submissions clearly related to or inspired by Janet's research. If your abstract is selected, you will have 20 minutes for your presentation, including questions.

Abstracts are due August 16 and speakers will be notified around September 14st.
